This past Monday, Orange County regressed to “purple tier” status – a designation that restricts large, public gatherings including religious services. After prayerful consideration and consultation with our elders, we will be suspending on-site worship services at Grace until Orange County returns to “red tier” status – which allows for us to gather together in-person. This decision was reached in an effort to be loving and faithful stewards of the health and welfare of our church community and wider neighborhood.

We recognize and share much of the fatigue and frustration borne of the COVID-19 pandemic. We long for and understand the desire to be together, especially as we head into the holiday season. However, as your leadership, we also believe it is important in our witness as the Church that we support and partner with our local and state governments in seeking to minimize the spread of this deadly virus.

Our online worship service will continue to be offered on Sundays via Facebook, YouTube, and our church website (links below). Due to colder and possibly wet weather, we will not be holding outdoor worship services at this time. The Grace team is actively working to discern how to effectively exercise our creativity and resources in staying connected during the upcoming Advent season. We will continue to provide updates by email, on our website, social media, via text, and as requested, by mail.

A limited number of our team will be working on campus and in the main office, as needed. Before coming to visit the church office, please call first to ensure that a staff member will be available.

Yours in the faith, hope, and love of Christ,
Pastor Chris

P.S. Please feel free to contact me and the rest of the church leadership via text or email at any time.
